Cancellation Policy

At The Belladonna Spaces, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our operations. Please read the following carefully before making your booking.

Standard Cancellation Policy

30+ days before check-in

Full refund minus a 5% processing fee. The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

15-29 days before check-in

50% refund of the total booking amount. The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

7-14 days before check-in

25% refund of the total booking amount. The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Less than 7 days before check-in

No refund. The full booking amount is non-refundable. However, you may request to reschedule your stay (subject to availability and within 90 days of the original check-in date).

Long-term Bookings (14+ nights)

For bookings of 14 nights or more, a customized cancellation policy may apply. Please contact our team before booking to discuss the specific terms for your extended stay.

Modifications

Date changes and booking modifications are accommodated whenever possible, subject to availability. Modification requests must be made at least 7 days before the original check-in date. Changes to a lower-value booking may be subject to the cancellation policy for the difference in amount.

No-Shows

If you do not arrive at the property on your scheduled check-in date and do not contact us, the booking will be treated as a no-show. No refund will be provided for no-shows, and the property may be released for other guests after 24 hours.

Early Departure

If you check out before your scheduled check-out date, no refund will be provided for the unused nights. We encourage guests to contact us if their plans change, and we will do our best to accommodate any reasonable requests.

Exceptional Circumstances

In the event of extraordinary circumstances beyond your control (such as natural disasters, government-imposed travel restrictions, or medical emergencies with documentation), we will work with you on a case-by-case basis to offer the most flexible resolution possible, which may include:

  • Full credit for a future booking within 12 months
  • Free date change to any available dates
  • Partial or full refund at our discretion

Host Cancellations

In the rare event that we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (maintenance emergency, etc.), you will receive a full refund and we will make every effort to arrange alternative accommodation of equal or better quality.
