1. Introduction

Welcome to The Belladonna Spaces (https://belladonnaspaces.com). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the booking of vacation rental properties managed by The Belladonna Spaces. By accessing our website or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Booking and Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is confirmed only after you receive a written confirmation from us and the required payment has been processed. We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.

Guests must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking. The person making the booking must be one of the guests staying at the property.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Prices include applicable taxes unless explicitly mentioned otherwise. Full payment or a deposit (as specified during booking) is required to confirm your reservation.

We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and other methods as displayed on our website. All transactions are processed securely through our payment partners.

4. Check-in and Check-out

Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM unless otherwise agreed. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Guests must provide valid government-issued photo identification at check-in as required by local regulations.

5. Property Rules

Guests are expected to treat the property with care and respect. Specific house rules for each property will be communicated before check-in. General rules include:

• No smoking inside the property unless explicitly permitted
• No parties or events unless explicitly permitted
• Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• Maximum occupancy as stated in the booking must be respected
• Pets are not allowed unless the listing specifically permits them
• Any damage to the property must be reported immediately

6. Damages and Security

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay. We reserve the right to charge the guest for the cost of repair or replacement of any damaged items. A security deposit may be collected prior to check-in and will be refunded within 7 business days of check-out, subject to a satisfactory property inspection.

7. Cancellation

Cancellation policies vary by property and booking type. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy page for detailed information. Cancellations must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp.

8. Liability

The Belladonna Spaces shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience suffered by guests during their stay, except where caused by our proven negligence. Guests are advised to secure their personal belongings and obtain appropriate travel insurance.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure to perform any obligation due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, civil unrest, or other force majeure events.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your stay shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
